Scholarship Update

We’re excited to share that the 2026–27 South Seattle College Foundation Scholarship application opens Monday, March 30, and closes on Friday, May 8. This annual scholarship program provides meaningful financial support to current South students based on financial need, personal history, academic merit, achievement, and specific areas of study.

Our Impact

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Foundation previously awarded:

  • $499,700 awarded to 117 students (Spring 2025)

  • $434,000 awarded to 102 students (Spring 2024)

  • $350,000 awarded to 96 students (Spring 2023)

Scholarships are the cornerstone to help students stay enrolled, complete their programs, and pursue meaningful career pathways. We are grateful to our many donors and supporters who make these scholarships possible.
